This was not a forced rape as many are lead to believe when they read the headline, this was a 21 and a 17 year old consensual gay relationship.
Say it the way it is, they had a consent gay relationship, he was never charged with attempted force or anything like that, the allegation is only that the victim was under 18, and according to NY state law one cannot consent to sexual relations before the age of 18.
Please start posting every Statutory Rape case in NY and i promise you will have thousands daily.
Technically it might be called rape, and it may be wrong, but this shouldn’t be a reason to write this article in a public domain.

This article is very misleading, and i will explain why.
The alleged crimes took place 7 years ago, when Moishy was 21 years old, and the victim was 17 years old (Not like the article states 13)
He was never convicted of rape, because he was less then 5 years older then the victim and there was no force involved.
He has since then went for professional help, and has changed drastically, i know him personally so i can vouch for that.
People should be able to move on in life even if they had a problematic background.
